The leaves that are green turn to brown...

Fall is here, and almost gone! And with that always seems to bring an abundance of warmth to wrap yourself up in...

Beeswax candles, spiced tea, and apple crumble. What a perfect way to tackle the chill that's swept us all away these past few weeks.

For a quick, delicious, and suspiciously healthy apple crumble:

Mix together 1-2 chopped apples (with skin, green or red), 1 tbsp. oil, 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and a sprinkle of brown sugar. Pop into the toaster oven on a piece of aluminum foil, and toast until crispy and fragrant. Delish.

Time is moving so fast, I can barely keep an eye on myself anymore. As we tip-toe closer to the end of what has indefinitely been another great year, I can't help but try to fit in as much as I possibly can. With this sort of thinking I seem to have unknowingly put myself up to a challenge. Although the rules are definitely undefined (oxymoron?) - I have begun taking risks.
